Thomas “Percy” J. Persinger, age 75, surrounded by his family passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
Beloved husband of the late Judith (Muick) Persinger. Loving son of the late Edward and Ruth Persinger. Devoted father of Ashley L. Persinger and stepfather of Michelle (Steve) Mullin and the late Tricia Mullin. Proud grandfather of John, Stevie, and Haley, and great-grandfather of Kolton.
Percy was the cherished brother of Don (Carol) Persinger, Mickey (Tomi) Giamp, Jimbo (Lynette) Giamp, and the late Eddie Persinger, whose wife Dorothy survives. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Percy was truly the life of the party and never missed a chance to make people smile and laugh. He loved singing karaoke, hunting, fishing, and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He was a proud member of the Pulaski Club, coached Reserve Softball and worked in Union 57 as a painter for over 40 years, dedicating himself to his trade with pride and hard work.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to assist with funeral expenses.
Family will receive visitors, Friday, June 5, 2026 from 6-8PM at O'Brien's 3724 California Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15212. There will be a memorial mass Saturday June 6, 2026 at 10AM in Holy Spirit Church - St. Matthew Parish 608 Farragut St. Pittsburgh, PA 15209. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH.
