Age 87, on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. Daughter of the late August Louis and Mary Rosella (Laslavic) Ussack. Loving wife of the late Bernard M. Vitek. Beloved Mother of Joseph Michael Vitek and the late Steven Vitek. Grandmother of Tanya Vitek, Joseph Michael Vitek Jr. and Heather Marie Vitek. Great Grandmother of Devin Vitek. Sister of Mary Louise Hoffman, Patricia (Thomas) Spehar, Virginia Matter, and William (Ina) Ussack. Sister in Law of Jackie Ussack, Carol Ussack, Rita Ussack and Debbie Hummel. Preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters. No visitations were held. Arrangements entrusted to O’Brien’s Funeral Home.
