On Saturday, March 13, 2021. Son of the late Guy E. Chapman Sr. and Mildred Chapman (Hamblin). Beloved husband of Cynthia L. Chapman (McGuire). Loving father of Melissa Barnes, Robert B. Boleky and Guy J. Chapman. Proud grandfather of Denise Barnes, Donavon Barnes and Dai’Quon Boleky. Brother of Bonnie Locke, Pamela Chapman and the late Kathy Gass. Guy was also survived by Max who was his best friend. Visitations and burial at Allegheny County Memorial Park will be private.
