Bonita Ann (Bragunier) O’Neill

Bonnie O’Neill (Mimi), 86 of Avalon passed away September 3rd, after a long battle with cancer.  She was surrounded by her family and is now at peace with the lord. 

Bonnie was born October 24,1938 in Hagerstown,Maryland to the late Miller and Olive Bragunier.  Cherished mother of David, Bonnie Egyed (Keith), Kellie McLaughlin (Tom), Dawn Schibler (David), Christopher, and the late Ricky.  

Grandmother or “Mimi” as she was affectionally known as to, Joshua, Erin, Colleen, Patrick, Olivea, Mathew, Nicole, Landon, Riley and Adalyn.   Great Grandmother of Emma, Ellie, James, Grayson, Kaylee, Talen, Taycen, Taisley, Trennan, Connor and Julianna. Sister of, Donald (Butch), Earl, Bette Jo and the late Jim Bragunier. 

Mimi was a lover of dogs, old time country music and Elvis Presley.  Her love of family was contagious and is forever rooted in her grandkids who she simply adored.    That love will be carried by her family forever as one of her most cherished traits.   Forever our “Mimi”

Per her wish, no services will be held.  Donations can be made to Animal Friends on Camp Horne Road in her name.
